
Cancellation Policy
If you no show or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge placed on your account consisting of the full grooming price. This is now a service industry standard.

If you disagree with the policy or are unwilling to pay the fee on your account, you will no longer be offered appointments and any future bookings will be cancelled.

We completely understand that life can get busy or urgent matters arise. Please let your groomer know if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. When you miss your appointment and we are unable to fill the spot, our groomers lose their time and income. We appreciate all the support and wonderful client base that have been with us throughout the last 6 years, thank you for being the best!
